Players exploring Haegin's recent Dreamland update have experienced the unique mechanic of sleeping to access this surreal zone. But what happens when these whimsical dreams take a dark turn? The new Nightmare update reveals this chilling transformation.

Dreamland has descended into nightmare territory under the influence of the Queen of the Night. These monstrous invaders aren't confined to the dream world - they're spilling over into the real world of Kaia Island. Players must confront the Queen and her minions before the event concludes on May 21st to restore balance.

Five distinct nightmare creatures have infested the island, including the unsettling Sneering Pillow and eerie Abandoned Doll. To combat these threats, players must utilize the newly introduced Dream Gun. Those who successfully defeat all monsters will earn the special Bed Consumed by Nightmares mount as their reward.

Dark Dreams Take Over

The nightmare corruption extends beyond specialized monsters - Kaia Island's regular wildlife has also been affected. Players can encounter new nightmare variants of fish and insects, which can be caught and exchanged for Nightmare Essence event currency.

The Dreamland Workshop now offers craftable nightmare-themed items like the haunting Nightmare Music Box and sinister Nightmare Garden Lamp. Additionally, players can obtain the Nightmare Sheep as a new pet companion.
