GoT Illustrated Edition Launches in November

George R.R. Martin recently shared literary news on his blog - though not about The Winds of Winter. The author unveiled the cover for the forthcoming illustrated edition of A Feast for Crows, the fourth book in his A Song of Ice and Fire series. This collector's edition will showcase artwork by Jeffrey R. McDonald.

Scheduled for release on November 4, 2025, this premium edition is currently available for preorder through major retailers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Target.

This marks the fourth installment to receive the illustrated treatment, following A Storm of Swords' lavish edition released five years prior in November 2020. The new volume will include:

• A foreword by bestselling author Joe Abercrombie
