Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium is poised for its global launch! MICA Team (Sunborn Network) has unveiled new details regarding their upcoming RPG, addressing player inquiries in a recent Q&A video.
Global Launch and Server Distribution
The game's release will utilize two distinct server platforms: Darkwinter (a Sunborn subsidiary) and Haoplay. While both offer identical game content, cross-server play is unavailable. Darkwinter will manage its own PC launcher, whereas the Haoplay version will be accessible through Steam.
The global launch will deviate from the Chinese version's initial event schedule. To ensure a polished narrative, MICA Team has opted to omit certain events requiring further story development, a strategy mirroring Azur Lane Global's launch approach. The global server will commence with the "Sojourners of the Glass Island" event, providing players with the complete two-part story from the outset. Omitted events may be introduced later.
Returning Content and Potential Crossovers
The popular Groza "Sangria Succulent" skin will make a comeback, with hints of additional classic skins based on player feedback. MICA Team also teased potential collaborations, mentioning Neural Cloud and Gundam as possibilities.
