Clash Royale has finally unleashed the long-demanded Inferno Dragon upgrade. After nearly a decade without evolutionary enhancements, this legendary fiery creature receives a significant power boost. To mark the occasion, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for an unconventional reveal.

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a fresh Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent, passionately advocating for its rise to fame.

The dragon playfully abandons its Clash Royale responsibilities to pursue grander ambitions in Tinseltown.

The evolved Inferno Dragon significantly alters battlefield dynamics. Unlike its previous version that reset damage when switching targets, the upgraded model maintains its escalating damage output for more devastating attacks.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks Clash Royale's New Season

Titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the return of the 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer valuable rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 delivers a Battle Banner complete with frame and decoration, plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution mechanics, developers have prepared an extensive lineup of Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge June 6-9 offering a Battle Banner and Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) permits up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows June 16-23, with 4 Card Showdown running June 23-30. The season culminates with Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7), allowing players to include up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
