Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault's eight finalists have been announced
The reigning champion Alessandro Bianco will compete against seven other finalists on May 24th
The eight finalists will be divided into two teams and led by a tennis legend
If there was any doubt that Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault is one of the largest eSport competitions, let's clear it up. 515,000 players from 221 countries participated in 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches to qualify for the Final Stage. Eight have made it, making this an unforgettable event.
The reigning champion Alessandro Bianco and winner of the first Open Qualifier Hizir Balkanci will be joined by Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. They will compete in a thrilling contest on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum.

If that wasn't exciting enough, this year's format is set to be electrifying. The eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a legend. Former ATP world number 6 (and one of last year's eight finalists) Gilles Simon will lead one team, while former Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli will head the other.
The teams will compete against each other in a series of matches, with winners moving to the Winner Bracket. It doesn't end there, as those who are eliminated will enter the Loser Bracket for another chance to advance. In this bracket, teams will disband, and only one team will be crowned the Roland-Garros eSeries champion.

Keeping viewers entertained is Samuel Etienne, a well-known French personality and Twitch streamer with over 1 million followers. He will be joined by esports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1 Benny, also known as GP365. The tournament will be held in the spirit of Roland-Garros, featuring a replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom uniforms. Finally, respected French umpire Aurélie Tourte will officiate what is expected to be an exciting series of matches.
250 spectators will be present at the venue, and the event will also stream on Samuel Etienne’s Twitch and the Roland-Garros YouTube channels at 4pm CEST. You can watch all matches and enjoy interactive segments, with special guests engaging in passionate discussions and having fun around the worlds of tennis and eTennis.
