Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Santa's Level 3 attack power was applied as a negative value.
• Resolved an error with the guild recruitment "Off" setting.
• Fixed an issue where buff values were not applied when leveling up the Atom Tower.
• Modified Atom Tower to stack its overall effects when placed consecutively.
• Adjusted guild withdrawal so that donated points are removed.
