THQ Nordic et Alkimia Interactive ont publié une bande-annonce de la démo "Nyras Prologue" du remake Gothic 1. Cette démo, disponible maintenant dans le cadre de The Steam Next Fest, permet aux joueurs de découvrir le remake en tant que Nyras, un prisonnier qui cherche à survivre dans le monde durs du gothique. Contrairement à l'original, qui mettait en vedette le héros sans nom, le remake offre un protagoniste différent tout en maintenant l'objectif de survie de base.
