Cyberpunk 2077 got patch 2.21, added NVIDIA DLSS 4 and got even more technologically advanced

Cyberpunk 2077 receives a significant update (2.21) from CD Projekt RED, incorporating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology and numerous bug fixes.

A key feature of this update is the integration of DLSS 4 support. GeForce RTX 50 series card users will experience a substantial performance boost, generating extra frames per second starting January 30th. DLSS 4 also enhances frame generation speed on RTX 40 and 50 series cards while optimizing memory usage.

Furthermore, all GeForce RTX users can now choose between the convolutional neural network and the new transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, Super Resolution, and DLAA. The transform model delivers superior image quality with improved lighting, detail, and stability.

This update also addresses several critical issues:

  • Resolved glitches causing communication failures with certain vendors.
  • Fixed audio problems affecting TV news broadcasts.
  • Increased the frequency of Johnny's appearance in the passenger seat.
  • Corrected a bug leading to item disappearance when hiding NPCs.
  • Eliminated game freezes that occurred when simultaneously entering photo mode and interacting with storage.
  • Enabled the inclusion of Nibbles and Adam Smasher in photo mode shots, even when V is submerged or airborne.
  • Enhanced the functionality of Adam Smasher's facial expression changes.

This update significantly improves Cyberpunk 2077's performance and stability, offering a more refined gaming experience for all GeForce RTX users.
