New Deadlock update: Calico nerfed, Sinclair reworked

Deadlock's February Update: Minor Tweaks for Four Heroes and Item Adjustments

Valve continues its steady stream of Deadlock updates, this time with a smaller patch focusing on four heroes and several item changes. Calico suffered significant nerfs: her Return to Shadows ability received a ten-second cooldown increase, and 20% of its speed boost was shifted to tier 2. Her Leaping Slash (tier 2) also experienced a damage reduction.

Sinclair received visual enhancements with updated sounds and animations, and his Rabbit Hex ability has been transformed into an area-of-effect (AoE) attack. Holliday and Wraith also underwent nerfs in this update.

Item adjustments include a reduction in stacks for Ammo Scavenger, removing its health bonus. Extra Stamina and Restorative Shot no longer offer fire rate and weapon damage boosts respectively.

This marks the fifth Deadlock update of 2025 and the first of February. Reflecting a shift in development strategy, Valve is now releasing updates on an as-needed basis, rather than adhering to a fixed schedule.
