EA confirmed the release window of the new Battlefield

Electronic Arts has unveiled the projected launch timeframe for the next Battlefield game. Their financial report indicates a release before April 2026.

Industry insider Tom Henderson, analyzing EA's past release schedules, predicts an October or November 2025 launch for the new Battlefield title. However, EA remains tight-lipped on precise release dates.

Development is underway across four of EA's internal studios, with extensive playtesting planned. A closed beta program has been announced, providing key gameplay elements for participant feedback, crucial for refining the game before its official debut.

This announcement also clarifies the future of the Need for Speed franchise. Vince Zampella previously indicated that a new NFS installment is unlikely in the near future, as the Battlefield project holds top priority.
