Fallout Season 2 Begins Filming in November

Amazon Prime's Fallout TV series gears up for its second season! Filming begins this November, building on the suspenseful ending of season one.

While the full cast hasn't been officially confirmed, Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson) has confirmed her return, revealing to Screen Rant that filming starts next month. It's anticipated that Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) will reprise their roles. Uggams teased some exciting developments for her character, promising surprises for fans. "I'm with the Vault People, so I didn't see what the Earth people were doing," she stated. "When it aired, I was amazed! But Betty has some tricks up her sleeve. Stay tuned!"

A 2026 premiere is estimated, factoring in filming and post-production, though no official release date has been announced. (Recall that season one filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024).

Fallout S2 Heads to New Vegas!

Producer Graham Wagner revealed that Fallout S2 will venture to New Vegas, introducing the antagonist Robert House, whose involvement was hinted at in season one flashbacks. The extent of House's role remains unclear.

Showrunner Robertson-Dworet and Wagner previously indicated that season two will explore untold stories and expand on season one's cliffhangers, delving deeper into Vault-Tec's history, the origins of the Great War, and character backstories.
