Obtaining the Water Bubble

Locate the Bubble Mermaid NPC in the Grand Reef, situated on the largest island's shore (near the Shipwright and Marley). Interact with her to initiate the quest. She'll require $C25,000 and three Resins in exchange for the Water Bubble.

Acquiring Resins

To obtain Resins, navigate to the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680) and begin fishing. Your success rate depends heavily on your equipment. The Kraken Rod and favorable server luck can significantly boost your chances (10-20%), while lacking these can drastically reduce your odds (approximately 0.04%). You'll need three Resins to complete the quest.

Final Steps

Once you've collected three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, provide her with the required Resins and $C25,000, and you'll receive the Water Bubble!
