Genshin Impact 5.0 Livestream: Bennett Returns

The hype surrounding Natlan in Genshin Impact is reaching fever pitch! Hoyoverse has announced the date for the highly anticipated Natlan special program, "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," airing this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4) on Twitch and YouTube. The program promises exciting reveals, from official banners to free in-game rewards.

The Bennett Debate: Freebie or a Letdown?

The announcement of a free Bennett character has sparked some debate within the community. While many players anticipated a free Kachina, a native Natlan character, Hoyoverse has opted for Bennett instead. Although rumor suggests Bennett's origins lie in Natlan, this departure from the tradition of providing a free character from the new region for exploration purposes has surprised some. Acquiring Bennett will require completing a world quest. Kachina, unfortunately, won't be a free addition to your roster.

A Bounty of Free Pulls

The free pulls are what's truly capturing everyone's attention. After some initial fluctuation, the final number appears to be settled at 115 pulls. Diligent players who complete all content in Version 5.0 can expect this many pulls. Even with a more casual approach, you can still anticipate around 90 free pulls.

With Version 5.0 launching on August 28th, coinciding with Genshin's 4th anniversary, even more rewards are on the horizon. Hoyoverse is introducing a 7-day login event offering ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a free pet, and a gadget. Combining this with daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and other events, you could accumulate approximately 18,435 Primogems, or 115 wishes.
