To acquire Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, players must collect five specific Runekeys scattered across Siren Isle during a Storm. Here's how you can obtain each of these keys:

• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from the rare spawn enemy Ksvir the Forgotten, located in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault. Visiting the Vault during a Storm increases the chance of Ksvir spawning, and he nearly always drops the Whirling Runekey upon defeat.

Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from enemies around Siren Isle during the Storm phase. Once you have all seven, you can assemble the Torrential Runekey.
Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from any chest found around Siren Isle. Note that these fragments can be obtained even if the area around the chest is not currently experiencing a Storm.

Cyclonic Runekey: This key can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm phase, or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire area.

Turbulent Runekey: Assemble this key by finding three Turbulent Fragments at specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone, where a ghost is cowering.
Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave, where a ghost offers the fragment as a tribute.

Once all five Runekeys are in your possession, return to the Forgotten Vault during the Seafury Tempest phase of the Storm. It's crucial to approach the Vault only during this specific phase, as other times will not allow you to proceed with the ritual. Head to the eastern room within the Vault, where you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform surrounded by five runestones.
