Eagle-eyed fans of Helldivers 2 have uncovered what appears to be a leak from PlayStation, hinting that players will soon battle the Illuminate on the streets of Super Earth. This week, developer Arrowhead rolled out the full Illuminate invasion, introducing new enemy types. The in-universe narrative suggested that the Illuminate were set on reaching Super Earth, and a now-deleted post from the official Czech Republic Threads account has fueled speculation that not only will the Illuminate reach our home planet, but players will have to fend them off there.
Redditor xTekshi first spotted the post, which mentioned a "Heart of Democracy" update scheduled for May 20. Although the term "Heart of Democracy" has been referenced in the context of this week's update, neither Sony nor Arrowhead have officially confirmed a release for May 20.
The timing of the supposed leak aligns with the conclusion of the current Major Order, adding credibility to the speculation. A tweet from IronS1ghts shared the details of the leak, further stirring the community's excitement.

The language used by Sony and Arrowhead in their updates ("High Command believes this Fleet's ultimate objective to be the invasion of Super Earth itself" and "Battle on Super Earth is inevitable") suggests that a confrontation on Super Earth is indeed on the horizon.
If these leaks are accurate, Helldivers 2 is set to receive a significant update that would bring the fight to Super Earth, offering a fresh and thrilling experience compared to the current alien planet maps. This development promises to elevate the game's explosive third-person action to new heights.
