Henrys Journey Continues in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: A Closer Look at Village Life and Recent Controversy

Warhorse Studios continues to unveil aspects of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, this time focusing on the immersive village activities available to players. Protagonist Henry will engage in a variety of tasks, including drinking, shepherding, archery (both crossbow and bow), prayer, hunting, and assisting villagers – even tasks as specific as finding antidotes for the injured.

The game's release is slated for February 4, 2025.

However, the game has recently faced unexpected backlash. Following the discovery of certain plot elements within the game, activists launched a campaign to cancel Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Figures like Grummz, described as "agenda-driven" campaigners, have amplified this effort.

This controversy gained momentum after news of a Saudi Arabian ban on KCD 2 spread online. Speculation about the game's content and the inclusion of "progressive" themes fueled social media attacks against the developers, leading to calls for cancellation and boycotts of funding.

In response to these accusations, Warhorse Studios' PR manager, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, urged fans to trust the developers and avoid unverified online information.
