Beretsant Feathers aren't rare, but are exclusively found in Stoneville and the Abandoned District in Wishfield. Access to these areas unlocks after completing Chapter 3 of the main storyline. Stoneville, however, offers a plentiful supply.

Identifying Beretsants:

Beretsants resemble cartoon roosters with grey and black plumage and a distinctive red beret-shaped crest. They're usually found in pairs or small groups near Stoneville homes and gardens, or along pathways. Their vocalizations make them easily noticeable.
