• Locate the quest within Breezy Meadow.

Specifically, the quest is situated in Breezy Meadow, south of Florawish. Navigate to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, proceed to the location indicated on the in-game map. You'll find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Interact with her to initiate the quest.
