Konami confirms a 2025 release for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura assures fans that the studio's top priority is delivering a high-quality, polished game that meets expectations.

Okamura, in a recent 4Gamer interview, stated that the remake is currently playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time dedicated to refining details and enhancing overall quality. Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but the team is now targeting next year.

The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It promises to faithfully capture the essence of the original while incorporating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical improvements, Okamura hinted at new features designed to enhance the player experience.

Konami unveiled a captivating two-minute trailer in late September. This trailer showcased key characters, intense action sequences including an airdrop and a firefight, and offered a glimpse into the remake's dramatic narrative.
