Getting Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Currently, a special event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Engage in AI battles using Water-type decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras EX.

Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. Your success depends entirely on luck! You might get Lapras EX on your first pack, or it might take many more. For guaranteed Promo Packs, focus on the Expert difficulty battles. While easier battles offer a chance at a pack, only Expert difficulty guarantees one after each match.

Completing all battle stages rewards you with Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your stamina and continue farming. If you have a Pikachu EX deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage, making the process more efficient.

If you're unlucky and don't get Lapras EX before the event ends, remember that trading is planned for a future update, providing another way to acquire it.
