Marvel Rivals welcomes an unexpected crossover: the Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel's Spider-Man 2!

PlayStation announced this exciting collaboration on X/Twitter, showcasing NetEase Games' interpretation of this iconic suit for their hero shooter.

This stylish Spider-Man suit, originally designed by Insomniac Games for Marvel's Spider-Man, has appeared in all three games of the series. Its distinctive white spider emblem sets it apart. This Marvel Rivals addition marks a surprising partnership with Sony and their console-exclusive superhero game. Get ready to see Spider-Man's Advanced Suit 2.0 in the in-game store starting January 30th, coinciding with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 PC release.

Launched in December, Marvel Rivals already boasts a wide array of unlockable suits. This Spidey suit is particularly unique, given its connection to the immensely popular PlayStation series. Furthermore, Yuri Lowenthal, the voice actor for Peter Parker in all three Insomniac Spider-Man games, also voices the character in Marvel Rivals, ensuring a consistent and familiar experience for players.

NetEase's inclusion of the Advanced Suit 2.0 adds another exciting element to the game, especially following the launch of Season 1: Eternal Night Falls. This season introduced Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman as playable characters, with The Thing and Human Torch arriving shortly. Creative director Guangyun Chen has also promised at least one new hero every six weeks.
