Marvel Rivals Reveals New Stats and Most Picked Heroes

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Hero Performance Data Unveiled

NetEase has released comprehensive player statistics for Marvel Rivals, highlighting the most and least popular heroes during the game's initial month. The data reveals surprising trends and hints at potential shifts with the upcoming Season 1 update.

Jeff the Land Shark reigns supreme in Quickplay across both PC and console platforms, boasting the highest pick rate. However, Mantis unexpectedly claims the top spot for win rate across all game modes and platforms, exceeding 50% in both Quickplay and Competitive matches (56% and 55% respectively). Other high-performing heroes include Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.

The complete list of most-picked heroes is:

  • Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
  • Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
  • Competitive (PC): Luna Snow

Conversely, Storm, a Duelist character, struggles with extremely low pick rates (1.66% in Quickplay and a mere 0.69% in Competitive), largely attributed to player feedback regarding her underwhelming damage and gameplay experience. However, NetEase has announced significant buffs for Storm in Season 1, potentially altering her position in the meta.

The introduction of the Fantastic Four in Season 1, starting with Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman at launch, followed by The Human Torch and The Thing later in the season, is expected to significantly impact hero selection and win rates. The upcoming balance changes and new characters promise a dynamic shift in the Marvel Rivals landscape.
