The latest season of Marvel Snap has arrived, and it's all about celebrating legacy with a thrilling lineup of new additions. Sam Wilson takes the helm as the new Captain America, bringing a fresh set of mechanics that will redefine your gameplay experience. Joining him are characters like Diamondback and Thaddeus Ross, who introduce new strategic depths, ensuring an exciting month of exploration.
Sam Wilson's transformation from Falcon to Captain America is reflected in the Season Pass. His card ability introduces Cap’s Shield at the start of each match, which appears at a random location. You can strategically move the Shield across the board; while it can’t be destroyed, it boosts Sam’s power by +2 whenever it lands in his location.
Throughout February, Marvel Snap will expand its roster with new characters. Joaquín Torres will join on February 4th, followed by Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross on February 11th. Redwing makes his entrance on the 18th, and Diamondback rounds off the month on February 25th. These Series 5 cards will be available through the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache, offering multiple opportunities to add them to your collection.
Two new locations are also being introduced to Marvel Snap. The Smithsonian Museum enhances Ongoing abilities with an extra +1 Power per card, while Madripoor increases the highest-cost cards at its location by +2 Power after each turn. These new locations encourage players to experiment with different deck builds, adapting to the season's strategic landscape.
For collectors, February brings a wealth of new content. The Viktor Farro album, launching on February 4th, features rewards such as a Darkhawk variant and collector’s tokens. On February 25th, the Lemon Fashion album will debut, offering exclusive Elsa Bloodstone content.
