Pokemon Go\'s upcoming Scattered to the Winds event lets you nab new Shiny Pokemon

It might be February, but Pokémon Go is heating things up with its new "Scattered to the Wind" event! This event offers exciting new rewards, research tasks, and boosted encounter rates.

Enjoy 2x XP for spinning PokéStops and a whopping 5x XP for your first spin each day. Increase your gift-opening capacity to 40 gifts daily (or 60 with the Eggs-pedition Access: February ticket). Plus, you'll have a higher chance of encountering a Shiny Pidgey!
