Rollic's Power Slap: WWE Superstars Join the Mobile Slapping Frenzy!
Rollic's Power Slap, the mobile adaptation of the controversial slapping "sport," is now available on iOS and Android. The game features a roster of WWE superstars, adding a familiar face to the action.
For the uninitiated, Power Slap involves competitors taking turns delivering powerful slaps to each other's faces until one is incapacitated. While the real-life version is certainly... unique, the game offers a less physically demanding (and potentially less injury-prone) way to experience the thrill.
The inclusion of WWE superstars like Rey Mysterio, Braun Strowman, Omos, and Seth "Freaking" Rollins is no coincidence. Given the recent merger of WWE and UFC under TKO Holdings (UFC president Dana White owns Power Slap), this crossover makes perfect sense.
More Than Just Slaps
The full release of Power Slap promises additional content beyond the core slapping mechanic. Expect side quests like PlinK.O and Slap’n Roll, as well as daily tournaments to keep the competition fierce.
While the real-world implications of Power Slap are debatable, Rollic aims to make its mobile version a success. Whether the addition of prominent WWE wrestlers will be enough to draw in a large player base remains to be seen.
