*The Lycan* is inspired by a story from Thomas Jane and screenwriter David James Kelly (known for *Logan*), with a script penned by the acclaimed Mike Carey (famous for *Lucifer* and *The Unwritten*). The stunning artwork comes from Diego Yapur, with vibrant coloring by D.C. Alonso, and meticulous lettering by AndWorld Design. The series will feature captivating covers by the talented Tim Bradstreet (known for his work on *Punisher MAX* and *Hellblazer*).

Here's the official synopsis from Comixology for *The Lycan #1*:

Year of Our Lord 1777: A seasoned group of international big game hunters, fresh from their African expedition, find themselves shipwrecked on a small British island.

In exchange for essential supplies and the repair of their vessel, The Calydonian, Lord Ludgate enlists them for a mission they're uniquely qualified for: to hunt down and eradicate the Berserking Beasts terrorizing his subjects, including a group of young Benedictine Nuns.
