We've received reports of the app crashing immediately after launch on some Android 11 devices.

You may be able to resolve this by performing a "Clear Storage" operation. Please try this solution.

Please note this will erase your "posted parking lot history". This history cannot be recovered once cleared.

【Procedure】

1. Open "Settings"

2. Select "Apps & Notifications"

3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list

4. Open "Storage & Cache"

5. Tap "Clear Storage"

This issue stems from Android 11, and Google appears to be aware of the problem.

We anticipate Google and device manufacturers will release fix updates, though similar issues continue to be reported worldwide.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you encounter this problem, please use the "Clear Storage" method.

How to Use

1) Display your destination on the map.

This will be your primary search area.

2) Set your arrival and departure dates and times.

3) Tap the "search" icon in the bottom-right corner to begin!

4) Search results appear on the map.

Results are numbered by price (lowest first), making it easy to find nearby affordable parking.

This application requires "Google Play services" on Android 4.0+ devices.

All permissions (WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.) are used solely for accurate location detection.

Always verify pricing at the actual parking location.

While we prioritize maintaining accurate parking information, we cannot guarantee all data matches real-world conditions.
