The Sea Level Rise app empowers citizens to map flooding in their communities, providing crucial documentation of rising sea levels and their impacts. While coastal communities worldwide face this growing threat, our initial efforts in Hampton Roads, Virginia, leveraged the invaluable contributions of thousands of volunteers during annual "Catch the King Tide" events. Developed by Wetlands Watch, this app fosters a more informed and connected community, enabling proactive responses to sea level rise.
