1. Grid Size: Precisely define the number of columns and rows (3-20), including non-square grids (e.g., 12x15).

2. Difficulty: Adjust the proportion of diagonally, backward, or vertically oriented words. You can even exclude diagonal or backward words.

3. Word Difficulty: Select a dictionary size, ranging from the 500 most common words (ideal for language learners) to an 80,000-word dictionary.

4. Maximum Number of Words: Choose the maximum number of words per game (1-150), ensuring ample words for even the largest grids (20x20).

5. Minimum & Maximum Word Length: Avoid an excessive number of short words or create challenging games by specifying both minimum and maximum word lengths (e.g., set both to three for a difficult game).

6. Highlighting: Optionally highlight found words or maintain an uncluttered grid for easier reading.

7. Word List Layout: Arrange the word list in columns or evenly distribute it across the screen.

8. Language: Select from a vast array of downloadable dictionaries, currently supporting 36 languages (see list below).
