VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The integrated My VIDA app accompanies the consumer throughout their ownership journey and beyond. It connects vehicle functionalities for seamless remote control via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity.

Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates. BLE connectivity enables locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter pinging.

Users can schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their ride based on terrain or preference.
