Applin and Dynamax Entei to Debut in Pokémon Go This Month

Two exciting events are coming to Pokémon Go this month, featuring the debut of two Galar region Pokémon: the adorable Applin and the powerful Dynamax Entei. Whether you're drawn to the sweetness of Applin or the fiery intensity of Entei, there's plenty to enjoy.

Sweet Discoveries runs from April 24th to 29th, introducing the Dragon/Grass-type Applin. To evolve Applin, you'll need 200 Applin Candy and 20 apples. Use Tart Apples to evolve into Flapple, and Sweet Apples for Appletun. Apples can be found in the wild, especially near Mossy Lures, and may trigger Applin encounters.

During the event, expect to see wild spawns like Bounsweet, Skwovet, and Delibird. Field Research and Eggs will offer chances to catch themed Pokémon such as Munchlax and Cherubi. Timed Research, available in both free and paid versions, will provide Sweet and Tart Apples. The paid version also offers extra Mossy Lure Modules and additional Applin encounters.
