Ash of Gods: Redemption has released its fully REWORKED edition. Developed by AurumDust, this update completely redefines the feel and gameplay of the turn-based RPG, marking the title’s most significant overhaul since launch.
Every aspect of the game, from combat mechanics to visuals, has been rebuilt!
First, players can now choose between two distinct modes. The original
Vanilla version preserves the classic experience, while the
Reworked version offers a refreshed and refined system—a decision driven by extensive community feedback.
The new turn-order system is another major addition. Previously, smaller teams held an advantage due to faster turn cycling; now, every character on the battlefield must take their turn before a new round begins. However, smaller squads still retain the initiative to move first.
Regarding movement, characters can now act multiple times per turn. Additionally, enemies utilize cards more strategically and with greater variety as the
Reaping level increases. In specific battles, they draw from special decks rather than random ones.
Ash of Gods: Redemption – Reworked has adjusted items to enhance their practicality, particularly in early-game stages. A welcome quality-of-life improvement is the ability to view enemy health bars during pre-battle positioning.
The
Gells faction, previously known for depleting energy too quickly, has received a significant boost to its resource management. Other characters, such as Gleda and Lo Pheng, have also been tweaked to improve their battlefield effectiveness.

This update transforms the game into a more modern and tactical experience. All changes reflect years of iteration and direct player input. Furthermore, the game now runs at a smooth 60 FPS, doubling its previous 30 FPS cap.
The update is live on the Google Play Store. If you wish to try the demo first, it is available here.
