Blue Archive Receives Major Update with New Story Chapter, Swimsuit Serika, and More!

Nexon has unleashed a significant update for Blue Archive, continuing the compelling main storyline with the release of Vol. 1 Foreclosure Task Force Chapter 3, Traces of a Dream, Part 2. This chapter focuses on the Foreclosure Task Force as they confront new challenges and protect the school from a newly emerging threat.

The story unfolds after the Kaiser Group's retreat. While the immediate danger has subsided, lingering issues continue to plague the Foreclosure Task Force. The update tests their ability to overcome this new obstacle and ensure the school's safety.

A standout addition is the arrival of Serika (Swimsuit), a 3-star Mystic-type Dealer. First seen during the Abydos Resort Restoration Task Force event, Serika excels at attacking multiple enemies within a circular area, dealing percentage-based damage.

Serika proves invaluable in tackling the new questline. Joining her are several returning students in their own summer attire: Chise, Izuna, Shiroko, Wakamo, Mimori, and Nonomi, bringing a summery feel even as the weather turns colder. This update also introduces Area 26 missions (Normal and Hard difficulties), the Foreclosure Task Force Midnight Meeting Guide Task (running through December, offering Abydos Student IDs and Recruitment Tickets), and new achievements for both main story and regular missions.

Finally, the "Balancing Schale's Books" mini-event (until December 17th) with the General Student Council allows players to earn Financial Calculators by using AP on missions and commissions. These calculators can be exchanged for various in-game rewards.
