A playful exchange between the Fortnite Festival account and Hatsune Miku's official account hints at an upcoming event. The Fortnite account claims to possess Miku's backpack, while Miku's account reports it missing, creating a fun mystery for fans. Leaks suggest the collaboration will feature a standard Miku skin, a virtual concert, a unique pickaxe, and even a "Miku the Catgirl" skin variant.

The anticipated launch date is January 14th.

Separately, Epic Games is taking legal action against professional Fortnite player Seb Araujo for using cheat software, including aimbots and wallhacks, to gain an unfair advantage and win prize money in late December. The lawsuit alleges Araujo's actions deprived other players of a fair chance to compete.
