Evil Genius 2, which hit the market in 2021, garnered "mostly positive" reviews from critics on Metacritic. However, the reception among everyday gamers was less enthusiastic. Despite boasting enhanced graphics and efforts to rectify previous errors, the sequel didn't meet the expectations set by its predecessor.
