Genshin Impact Teases Four Upcoming Character Releases

Genshin Impact's Upcoming 5-Star Character Lineup Revealed

Recent leaks have unveiled exciting details about Genshin Impact's upcoming character releases, extending through Versions 5.4 to 5.7. Version 5.3 has already introduced Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the 4-star Lan Yan slated for the Lantern Rite Festival. However, the spotlight now shifts to four new 5-star characters teased at the end of the Version 5.3 Special Program.

Credible leaker DK2 has revealed the release order of these characters, from left to right in the silhouette reveal: Versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6. All four are confirmed as 5-star units.

Mizuki: A 5-Star Anemo Catalyst User Arriving in Version 5.4

The most immediate addition is Mizuki, a 5-star Anemo catalyst user from Inazuma, anticipated to debut in Version 5.4 around mid-February. Current beta testing strongly suggests Mizuki will be the sole 5-star character in this update. Her design aligns perfectly with the silhouette revealed in the Special Program, further solidifying this leak's credibility.

Mizuki's kit is reportedly built around maximizing Elemental Mastery, hinting at a support role. Beta footage indicates strong synergy with the recently released Pyro Archon, Mavuika. Assuming a first-banner appearance in Version 5.4, players can expect her arrival in mid-February. Her presence from Inazuma could signal a return to this popular region in the main storyline, a pattern HoYoverse has established in previous updates.
