Avatar: Seven Havens is a 2D animated series of 26 episodes. It follows a young Earthbender who is the Avatar succeeding Korra. Original Avatar: The Last Airbender creators Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko are co-creators of the series.
Nickelodeon describes Seven Havens as set in a world fractured by a catastrophic event. A young Earthbender learns she is the Avatar after Korra, yet in this perilous time, that mantle brands her as humanity's doom, not its protector. Pursued by human and spirit foes alike, she and her long-lost twin must unravel their enigmatic past to save the Seven Havens before the last bastions of civilization fall.
The series will be released across two seasons: a 13-episode Book 1 and a 13-episode Book 2.
This marks the first mainline television series from Avatar Studios. The studio is also producing a feature-length animated film centered on Aang, set for a theatrical release on January 30, 2026, which will follow the adult Avatar on a new journey.
