Where To Find Something Infested With Fleas in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, focusing on obtaining the flea-infested item. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty, the bathhouse owner in Kuttenberg (southeast section).

Starting the Quest Line:

The quest begins by talking to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, leading you to Betty. After accepting her offer, you'll escort three girls to the bathhouse, then help Betty advertise her establishment in various city locations (grain market, horse market, vintners’ street, and merchants’ street – remember to do this during the day). Finally, clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection to avoid closure.

Finding the Flea-Infested Item:

Following the successful inspection, speak to Betty about remaining issues. To help her outmaneuver a competing bathhouse, you'll need to find a flea-infested item. This is located at Kuttenberg's east gate.

Search the beggars' camp near the east gate for a flea-infested blanket. This is the most challenging part of this task. Once found, return to the competing bathhouse and discreetly place the fleas in Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and optionally, the clean laundry basket). Note that completing this task is not mandatory; success in other aspects of this quest will also advance the storyline.

Completing the Quest:

Successfully completing one of the three tasks (the flea-infested item being one) will cause the councillor to leave the competing bathhouse, allowing you to finish "Ill Repute" and progress to other quests such as "Axe from the Lake."
