Author: Violet Feb 25,2025

Warhorse Studios has announced forthcoming official mod support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, enabling players to unleash their creativity within the medieval Bohemian setting.

The developer revealed this via a concise Steam post, utilizing Steamworks for the modding tools. Specific release dates or details remain undisclosed, but Warhorse confirmed future implementation, stating players will be able to "create, tweak, and expand" the game's content. While unofficial mods thrive on platforms such as Nexus Mods, an official teaser image (below) showcases a potential Henry with a striking zebra mount and a fish-shaped sword.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's recent release has garnered significant player interest, making Warhorse's extensive post-launch plans unsurprising. Beyond Steamworks mod support, three expansions are slated for 2025: "Brushes with Death" (summer), "Legacy of the Forge" (autumn), and "Mysteria Ecclesia" (winter). These expansions will further Henry's narrative, complemented by free updates introducing features like Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.

Warhorse's post-launch support for this highly successful sequel is just beginning.
