Konosuba RPG Halts, Offline Version Considered

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days to bid farewell on January 30th, 2025. After almost five years, this popular Sesisoft RPG will shut down its global and Japanese servers simultaneously. However, there's a potential consolation prize: an offline version is reportedly under development, preserving the main storyline, key quests, and events for players to revisit. Details on this offline version remain scarce.

Refunds and In-App Purchases:

The developers are handling the closure smoothly. Official channels will close on February 28th, 2025, with in-app purchases already disabled since October 31st, 2024. Players can still utilize existing Quartz and in-game items until the service ends. Those eligible for refunds on unused Quartz or unclaimed purchases from early 2024 can apply until January 30th, 2025.

Initially launched in Japan in February 2020 and globally in August 2021, this was the first mobile game based on the KonoSuba franchise. The game's charming narrative, attractive visuals, and visual novel-style story mode were well-received.
