Get ready for a thrilling update to Marvel Rivals! Launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls introduces the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, alongside new maps, a fresh game mode, and a revamped battle pass. A recent gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's strategic abilities in action.

The initial Season 1 launch will feature Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman, with Human Torch and The Thing arriving later. NetEase Games has confirmed that seasons will run approximately three months, with substantial mid-season updates (around six to seven weeks post-launch) adding further content, including the remaining Fantastic Four members.

Invisible Woman's gameplay trailer highlights her unique abilities. She boasts a primary attack that both damages foes and heals allies, a knockback for close-range threats, invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates an area of invisibility, disrupting long-range enemy attacks.

Another trailer showcased Mister Fantastic, displaying his versatile abilities as a potential hybrid of Duelist and Vanguard roles, combining high damage output with increased health.

While the Fantastic Four's arrival is highly anticipated, some fans expressed disappointment over Blade's absence in Season 1. Data mined from the game files suggests Blade's inclusion was considered, fueling speculation. However, with Dracula confirmed as the main antagonist for Season 1, Blade's debut will likely be saved for a future update.
