Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown

Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown from Marvel Rivals Wiki

Kicking off Marvel Rivals Season 1, Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown is a Convoy map, perfect for the game's payload-style mode. Players either escort or defend a moving vehicle across the map. This is the third Convoy map in Rivals, joining Yggsgard: Yggdrasill Path and Tokyo 2099: Spider-Islands.

Midtown depicts a New York City shrouded in the darkness of Dracula's Blood Moon. Iconic locations from the Marvel Universe and real-world Midtown Manhattan are featured, including:

  • Baxter Building
  • Grand Central Terminal
  • Stark/Avengers Tower
  • Fisk Tower
  • Ardmore's Bookstore
  • Timely Trend

Empire of Eternal Night: The Mystical Sanctum Santorum

Empire of Eternal Night: The Mystical Sanctum Santorum

Doctor Strange's Sanctum Santorum makes its Marvel Rivals debut in this unique Empire of Eternal Night version. Currently, it's the exclusive map for Doom Match, a free-for-all deathmatch where players battle for survival. Top performers earn wins, with the best player crowned MVP.

This stunning rendition of Doctor Strange's mystical mansion, first introduced in a 1963 comic, is now famously known from its appearances in the MCU. Serving as Earth's supernatural defense in Marvel Rivals Season 1, the Sanctum Santorum is filled with secrets, impossible architecture, portals, and even an infinite staircase. Players can even interact with Bats the Ghost Dog!

Empire of Eternal Night: Central Park

Empire of Eternal Night: Central Park

Launching later in Marvel Rivals Season 1, Central Park remains somewhat mysterious. Based on its real-world counterpart in Manhattan, this map will likely center around a stylized Belvedere Castle, perched atop one of the park's highest points. Its Gothic architecture provides a perfect backdrop for the Empire of Eternal Night theme, potentially serving as a New York City hideout for Dracula.

That covers all the new maps in Marvel Rivals Season 1!
