Look for the exclamation mark encircled by a blue ring. Head directly to this spot and use the teleport feature to save time.

Engage in conversation with her, and she'll reiterate her desire to see you sporting a hairstyle from the Simple category.

Open your inventory by pressing C and browse through your hairstyles. The Simple category is conveniently located beneath the image. Personally, I chose a haircut from the fisherman set for Nikki.
