The Golden Moonlight skin is a reward for reaching Gold tier in Marvel Rivals' Competitive mode. Reaching Gold III is sufficient; Gold I or II are not required. Furthermore, subsequent rank decay to Bronze or even a full seasonal rank reset (seven tiers) won't affect your eligibility for the skin. As long as you achieved Gold rank during a season, the skin is yours.
