Additionally, Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond are set to hit the shelves this year, though specific release dates are yet to be announced.

While no other projects have been disclosed, the much-anticipated Nintendo Direct is scheduled for April 2nd, 2025. While most locations have closed their registrations, interested fans can still join a waitlist for a chance to win a ticket. For the Japan leg of the tour, ticket applications are open until February 20th JST.

Super Nintendo World Expands To Orlando, Florida

Nintendo is broadening its horizons with the opening of a new Super Nintendo World theme park in Orlando, Florida, at Universal Orlando Resort’s Universal Epic Universe. Set to open on May 22nd, 2025, this will be the second Super Nintendo World location in the U.S., following its debut in Universal Studios Hollywood in February 2023. Visitors can expect to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of Super Mario Land and the lush landscapes of Donkey Kong Country from day one.

Furthermore, Nintendo plans to expand Super Nintendo World to Universal Studios Singapore in 2025, though specific details and further announcements are pending.
