How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible via the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas for easy identification.

Alternatively, the Path of Exile 2 official trading website offers HoWA, but at a significant cost; even poorly rolled pairs command multiple divines.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Breach Splinter Combination: Farm Breach map nodes on the Atlas to collect Breach Splinters. While relatively common, accumulating 300 requires extensive farming. Combine a stack of 300 to create a Breachstone.
• Currency Exchange: Purchase Breachstones (or Splinters) from Alva's in-game Currency Exchange. Expect to pay approximately 50-60 Exalted Orbs, though prices fluctuate.

No. Hand of Wisdom and Action is an exclusive drop from Xesht and isn't part of the regular loot table (unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps won't produce it.
