EA has finally unveiled Battlefield Studios and given us our first glimpse at the next *Battlefield* game. To help shape the future of this iconic franchise, you can join the newly launched Battlefield Labs program, which offers early access to *Battlefield 6*. Here's your guide on how to get involved.
What is Battlefield Labs?
To gather crucial feedback for the upcoming *Battlefield* game, EA has introduced the Battlefield Labs program. This initiative allows a select group of fans to "step inside the war room" and participate in early remote playtests. Those chosen for Battlefield Labs will have the chance to provide valuable insights to the developers at EA's Battlefield Studios.
Initially, the program will include a few thousand players from Europe and North America, with plans to expand to other regions and involve tens of thousands of players in the future. Battlefield Labs will be accessible on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Is Battlefield Labs Different Than a Beta? Answered
Unlike previous *Battlefield* Betas, which were pre-launch trials, Battlefield Labs will offer a very different experience. Participants will access work-in-progress content, which may include numerous bugs, rough edges, and technical issues not typically seen in a Beta.
The goal is for Battlefield Labs members to provide essential feedback on aspects such as the combat loop, map flow, and balance, helping to steer the development of the new *Battlefield* game. However, participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and are not allowed to share any information publicly.
