With a new season comes a fresh loot pool, so finding specific items can be tricky. However, Thermite is relatively easy to locate. You can find it as floor loot, in chests, at Black Markets and Outlaw Vending Machines (found in Crime City, Seaport City, Lonewolf Lair, and Masked Meadows), and even in Go Bags. Simply pick it up to add it to your inventory.

Adding Thermite to your loadout might seem like a tough choice, but rest assured, it’s versatile.

Its primary function is vault breaching. Place it against the vault door and wait for the explosion. Targeting weak points speeds up the process. Be warned: other players will likely be drawn to the sound of the explosion, hoping to steal your hard-earned loot.

Alternatively, Thermite can be thrown as a makeshift explosive. It has a short fuse, but once it detonates, it creates a fiery explosion, damaging nearby opponents. While not the most powerful explosive in Fortnite, it's a handy tool in a close-quarters fight.
