Arrowhead Studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment are gearing up to release the Truth Enforcers Warbond, a premium content pack for Helldivers 2, on October 31st, 2024. This isn't just a cosmetic update; it's a major arsenal expansion, empowering players to become Super Earth's elite Truth Enforcers.

Become a Truth Enforcer

Warbonds function similarly to battle passes, using earned Medals to unlock content. Unlike typical battle passes, these are permanent unlocks. The Truth Enforcers Warbond, available for 1,000 Super Credits in the Acquisitions Center, delivers a range of new weapons and armor, all themed around upholding the Ministry of Truth's unwavering principles.

New Weapons and Gear

The arsenal expansion includes:

• PLAS-15 Loyalist Plasma Pistol: A versatile sidearm with semi-automatic and charged-shot modes.
• SMG-32 Reprimand: A rapid-fire submachine gun perfect for close-quarters combat.
• SG-20 Halt: A powerful shotgun with stun and armor-piercing rounds for crowd control.
• UF-16 Inspector Armor: Sleek, light armor with red accents and the "Proof of Faultless Virtue" cape. Features the Unflinching perk.
• UF-50 Bloodhound Armor: Medium armor, also with red accents and the "Pride of the Whistleblower" cape. Features the Unflinching perk.

Beyond weapons and armor, expect new banners, cosmetic patterns for your hellpods, exosuits, and Pelican-1, and a new "At Ease" emote.

Dead Sprint Booster

The Warbond introduces the Dead Sprint booster, allowing continued sprinting and diving even after stamina depletion, at the cost of health. A high-risk, high-reward option for crucial maneuvers.

Helldivers 2's Future

Despite a strong initial launch with 458,709 concurrent Steam players at its peak, Helldivers 2 has seen a player base decline, partly due to initial account linking restrictions.
