Beast Hides are dropped by wildlife such as moose and boar, randomly spawning in specific areas. These animals are easily identified on the mini-map by their white icons (unlike machines' black icons). They tend to avoid players and robots. Farming them isn't straightforward, as their spawn rate is lower than machines.

Moose and boar are found in the game's ruined city and forest zones. Their behavior (fleeing or attacking) depends on your relative level.
